You should try the stripe and bar pattern first!

A classic! I'm going to try a lot of these for wristers or mitts first. Stockings for my short, fat legs require more math ;-)

I'm working on some wristers and mitts using some of these designs. When I'm through experimenting I'll post what I've made.
